Rebooting a new reboot?!

Because that awkward jazz club scene happened in Spider Man 3, and yeah... They couldn't be associated with that any more. Had to burn that to the ground.
As for the new Spiderman reboot, it's because Marvel got the rights to make the next movie now, and they didn't like where Sony were taking it.

Just leaving this here. That Jazz club scene is probably my favourite scene of any of the three original Spider-Man movies. Tobey Maguire looked super cool in that part.
