This part confused me also. Maybe they ment to say 4 hours. Or that is how long it will take after you play on all difficulties. 

I hope it's fake because I want a long singleplayer (10 hours at least). I also want the Sunshine stages though. And stages of other franchise as dlc would be cool as well. I do hope there are more online modes. How can they not include capture the Blooper.
