Yes, obviously with Bayonetta 2 and what little we've seen o Zelda Wii U but I also think other less detail games but with more stuff like Smash Bros 4, Hyrule Warriors and Xenoblade Chronicles X also are superior in terms of things like active models on the screen and colors.
Besides, honestly that 2011 Zelda demo really wasn't that great anyway, especially in retrospect.
