Here are my predictions.

Nintendo: They will make another E3 Direct
Nintendo: Mario Paper will be teased/announced
Nintendo: 75% of their games will be WiiU titles.
Nintendo: Youkai Watch announced again for the west.
Nintendo: More than three DLC Smash players will be revealed.
Sony: Remaster of Shadow of the Colossus or Ico. Fans will rejoice.
Sony: Sony announces 50% marketshare obtained.
Sony: Vita gets announcements from 3rd party, but not from Sony.
Sony: New IP announced. It will be an action/adventure title.
Sony: Bloodborne sequel announced/teased.
Microsoft: Their Virtual Reality set will be shown.
Microsoft: XBone gets a big, permanent pricecut worldwide.
Microsoft: The new CoD will have special treatment on the XBone.
Microsoft: Rare makes a new IP, people complain it's not Banjo/Conker.
Microsoft: They announce a temporal exclusivity.
3rd party: EA will show another FIFA/Madden. General reactions will be "meh"
3rd party: Bethesda will announce Fallout 4.
3rd party: SE will show a Final Fantasy spinoff.
3rd party: Lego Dimensions will be shown, parents everywhere fear for their wallets.
3rd party: Ubisoft announces a new IP.
3rd party: Capcom will bring Resident Evil 7 to PS exclusively. Shitstorm ensues.
3rd party: Konami won't show anything new. Probably it won't go to E3 at all.
3rd party: Valve won't announce Half Live 3.
3rd party: Sega makes a new Sonic game. For mobiles.
3rd party: Bandai Namco brings Digimon to 3DS alongside the new anime.
