With the lack of a tremendous amount of games, the NX in the horizon, and the Wii U now a couple years in it's life, I don't think 20M will happen anytime soon.
"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."
