So its not okay including a game that originated on the PS decades ago that only the really hardcore probably remember and has many Wii exclusive games basically making it more closely associated with Nintendo recently, but it is okay using a game that was heavily bundled and associated with Nintendo. gta V came out the week before so it barely had any media attention outside of some reviews.
