I thought the same thing until I bought a Wii U and lived with it for a week. Now, it's my favorite part of the console. Makes the PS4 feel antiquated by comparison - no joke!

Keep in mind 80$ you have spend for this console went into the gamepad. The sales of the wiiu show people want having normal controll who makes the console cheaper like with the ps4 instead the wiius gamepad.
