Yoshi´s Island is not so easy by today standars, the challenge starts at world 3/4, and while is not very difficult if you want to rush the game, that makes no sense, you play it to enjoy it and unlock all the stuff, for that you need to collect all the flowers, red coins and stars, and that´s very HARDCORE on Yoshi´s Island.
I think this is going to be as difficult as Yoshi´s Island wich is good enough imo.
Also, that reminds me to a very good reflexion about this different kind of difficulty made by our great lord Jim Sterling about the difficulty on Kirby Epic Yarn.
