The Xbox One numbers on the front page are "shipped". They have been since this gen started.

I'm assuming your new to VG Chartz. The numbers VG Chartz tracks is sold to consumers, most big companies when they report their sales it's shipped to retailer, the number is always going to be bigger then what VG Chartz has. If it's around a million more then what VG Chartzhas then there's a good chance its undertracked. Seems like there could be anywhere from 500K to 1 million consoles sitting on shelves or in the back of warehouses of retailers.
