GTA V on PC is an incredibly good port that works on a range of computers. At the lowest it looks worse than PS3 version at 720p30fps, at the highest it looks far better than PS4 version at 4k60fps. That's what I call a good port.
I have it on PS3 and PS4, but its obvious that Rockstar gave PC gamers a treat with GTA V.
