It's a review. It is subjective. As such, it is based on the experience of a person. It can never be unbiased.

But you seem to worry about the score more than about what the content of the review points out. Why care about whether or not Tropical Freeze scored lower than Returns? Shouldn't you instead read other aspects of the review instead? You know, the text that usually describes what the gemeplay is like, how difficult it is, and whatnot?  Isn't that what you wish to read, if you want to know if a game is for you or not? Or is it wrong for people to score something lower when you think it deserves more? What's it exactly that bother you about those review scores?

There are plenty of reviewers out there. Surely you can find some that better match you ideologies and stop caring about an agregate that doesn't give you the big picture?

Keeping your review relevant to those it'll actually matter to doesn't require being unbiased, though that helps.

I seem to worry about the score despite never even using that word except when I told you I don't care about scores more than what's said.

How are they not relevant? And if you think a review doesn't cater to you, there are plenty others.

I mentioned that there are plenty of factors that affect a score. You went with one aspect and ran with it so far. It's not the only aspect, and it's not an aspect that is necessarily important for every reviewers, but it is relevant to some. As it's been seen often so far. If it doesn't matter to you, so shall it be. But that doesn't mean it shouldn't matter to others.  Really, I don't see what's the purpose of your comments on this. Other than to say that not all eviews are written specifically for you.
