Not really, but they only miss out on some AAA games 1st party studios or which company's pay for exclusive rights to get more hardware sales, something which cant really happen with PC gaming, but on the grand scale of things PC gamers get more variety and different genre's of games such RTS and 4x games(I couldn't live without them) along with massive markets on MMORPG's and indie games.
