While it is undeniable that Mario Kart 8 is more polished. Sonic is just more fun. The controls are so much better. It has fewer tracks yes, but like some say, the single player campaign is stellar.
And to those who say even faster than 200cc, I think so yes, and definitely more controllable at high speeds than 200cc.
I hope that the series continues, because it has become my favourite racing game of all time. Wreck-It Ralph is a bonus too :P
