While I agree that Sam Raimi's trilogy is miles ahead of the ill-paced Marc Webb duology, I think Spiderman will do more than ok this time around. Just the fact Spiderman is going to be part of the MCU is going to shoot this franchise through the roof at the box office and the best way to do this is to produce the best possible product they can. Obviously movie studios are always trying to make the best product but they aren't willing to finance a product unless there is less risk, and now that Spiderman is part of the MCU chances are Peter Parker will be pleasing the fans as well as making a $Billion for each movie at the box office.
