Which of your consoles died first?

360 was my shortest-lived console. It died a week after its 1-year warranty was up from the E74. Microsoft wasn't covering it with the three-year-warranty at the time.

First console I ever had crap out on me was my PS1, which lasted 3 years. My PS2s lasted 3 years apiece. My PS3 60GB fatty died after 4 years but Sony replaced it with a refurbished 60-gigger which still works beautifully. :)

I have never had a Nintendo console crap out on me, and I've got Nintendo consoles older than most of the people who post here. They still work perfectly.
