Is Ori and The Blind Forest the Best Looking Game this Generation? (If not, what is?)

From a technical view of course it cant stand up to games like Bloodborne and The Order but when it comes to Art Style Ori is the best looking game out period. As for as 2D games nothing is even close and that includes Trine, Rayman or anything else.
