They weren't all new consoles obviously, but still pretty annoying and was the reason I went to Xbox in the first place. Xbox 360 - Not as bad as PS2. Only on my 4th 360. My 3rd one actually still works, but wanted to upgrade to the elite console ![]() PS3 - Only on my 2nd PS3. Although I bought my first one in 2011 so I haven't had long to go through them yet. My first one was a refurbished/preowned one as well (I really wanted the model that was BC with PS2 games) Consoles that have never broke: Sega Megadrive - Was my Dad's rather than mine, but never an issue with it. Think it still works now. PS1 - Had 2 PS1s. The original model and the mini portable one. Both of them still work to this day. Gameboy - Have an original and a colour, both still work. Xbox - Never had a single problem with my Xbox. Glad about that after how many PS2s I went through ![]() Wii - Like PS3 I got a Wii fairly late in to the gen, but even so never an issue with it and it still works. DS - I have 2 DSs and both still work. PSP - Another that I got late in to the gen, still works though. 3DS - No issues with it ever. Vita - Likewise, no issues. Wii U - Had it just over a year before selling it but no issues. PS4 - Had it since launch. Got the disc eject error before but I think I've solved that and no issues other than that. Xbox One - Had for just over a year, no issues. |
Wow, that's a lot of PS2's! I'm actually surprised by the number of broken PS2's I've seen others mention as well. I must have gotten lucky with mine. The sound craps out on it sometimes, but that's just a loose connection, because when I fiddle with the wire it goes back to normal.
