People do it all the time with movie rights and book rights to tragic stories, not sure why it would be any different basing a game on a real life tragic story?

 Yeah, but books and films are usually written and made years after the events, so that whomever was a part of it would have to time to work passed their grief. This kid is still dying. It just seems wierd to cash in on it so soon, as fucked up as that statement may come off.
