From what I read, you'll have to pay for it. They were crowdfunding and they had some investor. If they happen to make money off of the game and raise awareness/sympathy towards cancer victims then I have no problem with it. 

Them making money off of their dead son just sounds really weird to me. If it goes to organizations that raise awareness though then that's fine.
