Microsoft said that they had NA shortages right through to the end of March. One million consoles in stock worldwide has always been seen as sufficient during off-peak periods. At this point in time I expect the number in stores is probably closer to 1.5 million, as Microsoft tries to stuff the chain before GTAIV.
