Will Call of Duty Black Ops III Run at 1080p on Xbox One/PS4

PS4, obviously. I'm sure, like AW, the XB1 version will have too, but to a limited extent. Like 1080p for MP, but only 1080p for calmer moments in the SP. Never really understood how that works...
