Americas: 8m-9m
Europe: 3.2m
Japan: More than 3m, can't come up with more than that.
ROW= 1.5m-2m.
Total: 16m-19m.

I disagree with ryng's tolu number but yours isn't  better...Since the wii u vs gamecube gap is fairly small in europe,taking into account that gamecube had gotten big price drops in 2002 and 2003...Wii u is still at fullprice!
