very interesting. Goes with what I've been saying all along to people that say that Nintendo isn't competing with this generation of consoles. If they aren't competing directly, then this generation of consoles has actually shrunk the market rather than expanded it. If Nintendo isn't factored into the equation, this gen has been a huge failure compared to previous generations, moving backwards, actually hurting the industry. But once Nintendo is factored into this generation, then suddenly this gen is a huge freaking success.
