Yeah, that's a decent build. I'm going for more power though, a more powerful single core GPU (and I'd rather not have another AMD card, had driver issues and lots of noise from all mine and the OC is just not as good) and 16GB or RAM (and DDR4 at that) and a 6-core CPU. I'll also get a SSD for games, which needs to be of some size since some games take up to 50GB now.

I won't have to upgrade for about 5 years probably, I won't really save a whole lot on building a cheaper rig that I need to juice up after maybe 3 years (if I want a certain level of performance, that is). I paid a decent amount for my current rig and I've had it for about 4.5 years now, no problems thus far.
