Even that seems overly optimistic at this point. :

9.2 million + 4 million (with price-cut and up 20% yoy - Wii U sold 3.6 million last year, so 4.2 million for 2015 is certainly possible with a price cut) + 3 million (another price cut  in 2016) + 2 million (2017 - console replacement will release at end of 2017) = 18 million minimum. Not really overly optimistic.
