true but this isn't the first time Tony has screwed up.  I think this perfectly feeds into the Civil War story in that Cap already wasn't crazy about the war profiteering and then Tony goes and tries to create the ultimate weapon again and nearly destroys the world?  That may be the straw that breaks the camel's back so instead of them going from nothing to killing each other Cap now has sufficient reason to want to pummel Tony's face in and a reason for Tony's stance on govt. control to change "if I can't do it right no one can"

I'm confused byt the title of the next cap film myself. Marvel Universe had 40 years fo development, characterisation and new characters created before it got to the point that someone rehashed a story about registration of costumed heroes (I say rehash as mutants have been there done that before, humans have the luxury of hiding, mutants don't).

You can't have a the same kind of feel if there are all of 10 to 15 known costumed vigilantes. I think it's going to be radically different to the comic version. I mean this film was called 'Age of Ultron' but wasn't at all about Wolverine traveling through time to change the past twice so a future where Ultron ruled didn't come to pass.

Agreed.  Hell it may be about shutting down superheros altogether.  Maybe Tony would take the govt's side just because he doesn't have powers?   Then again he just witnessed the powered people taking down something he created as a non-powered person so I really have no idea
