I'll say it again, Mewtwo was created as a reward for those who chose to purchase both versions of Smash (Wii U & 3DS) during the launch period.  It wouldn't be much of a reward if everyone had access to it on day one.

ok but that doesn't change anything. He was made as incentive for consumers to buy both games, i.e spend more money. I would have thought series veterans would be in it from the get go, but I actually have no problem with post launch DLC.
