DLC is done really bad by many companies, on disc DLC, characters or functions locked off, even the freemium model where you buy gold to get better. It's all a scam. The only good DLC is stuff actually made as an extra and only adds to the game, it doesn't take away before being available.
I mean DA:I, even though it's had one new set of DLC, which is a new area, new story etc. It still had preorder crap with it as DLC. All useless. Gone are the days when you buy a game and 6 months later they release a full expansion.
