Well, it's not good, but we also have to consider that for the numbers we have from Jan 3rd through March 21st; the PS4 is actually also down yoy compared to last year, so I'm not shocked. It has quite simply not been a very good quarter, and this is exactly why I told everyone to hold their horses through 2014 as well, there was crazy talk about 20 million + PS4's selling in 2015.
The console market appears not to be as healthy as many assumed and both MS and Sony need to take action to gain healthy growth through the year.
And they will, MS have already done a fair bit but they are both still lacking their flagship software and there is still room for pricing strategies, I think they'll lower the price of both the PS4 and the One sometime in Q4.

For now though; things aren't as smooth as many would like and I still think we'll see normal growth from MS and Sony by the end of the calendar year, but nothing beyond that. This will be the year where the Wii shows how crazy fast it was selling when you align launches.
