PS4 Price Cut World Wide?

Was that all models, or specific SKU's?  Could be they're just trying to get rid of a certain bundle(s) to make room for new ones/different iterations etc..?

Well amazon was said to be running out of base PS4 stock, and the rumours were going strong then that they were potentially clearing stock. Though its still a while till E3, so perhaps they will just replace it shortly with new internal update build.
