Why I believe that if Nintendo NX is a home console won't release in 2016 but 2017,in the holidays!(Note:I'm not saying that NX is a home console and not the hadheld...)

Well there isn't a trend for them,but 3DS was announcend at E3 2010 and released  in February 2011 and it could be a reasoning,however Nintendo ds was announced at E3 2004 and released same year in the holidays,even though this must have been in order to not leave space to psp...

We really dont know what it is yet afterall. Though i would say theres bigger chances that its a portable. Its too early for a new home console. Of course, maybe they do the fabled fusion or simply a portable Wii U that is compatible with Wii U digital software and doesnt have a gamepad (the dual screens functions the same but people seem to accept it better on a portable).
