My only criticism is that it's being developed by DICE and published by EA. Dice has had a pretty bad record lately of glitchy and nearly broken games and that isn't helped by EA pushing earlier release dates when games aren't ready.

I love SW and BF but there is absolutely no way I will be buying this at release. Will have to wait for feedback on it that isn't initial because people tend to look past issues initially.

When given enough time DICE has an excellent track record.  However with BF4 they were clearly rushed by EA to get BF4 out the door in time for the next gen launch and they were spread too thin developing for 5 systems.  As for Hardline - lol nobody should take that game seriously.

By now I think EA has learned their lesson, at least we will find out if they have.

Oh yeah, I'm sure DICE has all the time in the world for Battlefront right now! I mean it's not like EA wants the game to release just before the new movie comes out, right?

No, sorry, never gonna buy a DICE game at release again. Never. BF4 was the most epic bugfest I have ever seen and I am STILL pissed at them for that. Seriously, you bought it at release for 70 € and couldn't do shit with it. And then after a year, when the game was finally ready (or at least in a state you could call Beta, damn glith in Metro isn't fixed to this very day...) people could buy the premium version for 30 €! I would have to pay 120 € for that at release! How hard can you screw release buyers over? Ask DICE, they are experts at this!

It's also the main reason why I switched to Call of Duty. You can say what you want about the series. But I got AW at launch and it ran buttery smooth from the very first day - actually from Day 0 to be precise. Fuck DICE.

Yes, I'm really mad.
