Splatoon Details - No Gear Transfer, No Custom Private Matches, Other Details

I only hope that we can do private matches. I'd like to customize them like in Smash, but, again, it's Nintendo :P. I'm serious when I say that the only possibility I'll buy this game is if it includes private matches. If this isn't the case I'm out. So they better clarify all of this...
