If I remember correctly 4 of the top 5 countries where the show was most pirated were countries that had Netflix access though. That's a real shame, people would only have needed 1 month of Netflix to watch the whole season, that's $8 I think.

Ignore the $8.00 Netflix hands out free month trials all the time.
