I consider something that is unable to convey its plot points in a succinct manner to be overly verbose and thus poor. I also intrepret the tempo of dialogue to mean that there is a lot of filler or unimportant things distracting from the main plot.

Spem has been asking if there is no story in this game for awhile, thats what i was pointing out :0

I gotcha. I don't think of the complaints sound really all that bad. It sounds like your typical Monolith Soft game.
