What I mean is simply making sequels to things like Wii Sports & Wii Fit won't cause a console to sell like Wii, those games are old news and people are looking for brand new experiences.

No they arent. Thats why COD, AC, BF, Fifa, Madden, Mario, Pokemon, The Sims etc..are still the best selling games year after year...

Aren't we talking about casual experiences that caused the Wii to become such a huge success? How do any of those titles fit the bill?
