Looks like i was right. 
Another source for say that February is not only most importabnt than March, but even the most important month after November and December.

342,000 (only The Order) -----> 336,000 (Blood+Type0+Battlefield)

276,000 (NOthing) ------> 233,000 (Battlefield)
WiiU
96,000 (nothing) --------> 84,000 (Mario Party 10)
So, yeah... even if February have just 4 weeks... is one of the better month.
