Microsoft needs to lose their "dude-bro" image of being Sports+Shooters.

 

MS need to do marketing on non sport/shooter games, and try to rid itself of the dudebro image it has.

I think it's more of just to show what genres are more important to people. FPS and sports games are on all of 'em.
