Yeah, but equal rights agendas never stay equal. They morph in to affirmitive action, women demanding a ban of urinals, unfair child custody laws, on and on and on. Gays are already virtually equal in every legal way minus marriage rights.

So, not equal.

(And that's not even covering that gays are frequently verbally and physically assaulted just for being who they are)

Child custody laws favouring women have nothing to do with affirmative action, they're the result of traditional gender roles that view women as the natural carers.
