Wesley Snipes got the maximum recommended jail term (3 years) for tax offense. They didn't give him 20, they didn't kill him.
So yes, I'm saying it cancels it out, and that's fine with me. Paris Hilton and others get caught multiple times with cocaine and whatnot, and they go to a cushy, high class "prison" for well below their sentenced time. Why? Tell me why. Because they're rich and famous. Good luck getting that same treatment if you're a bum on the street doing coke.
Snipes broke the law and will serve a legal amount of time.
And guess what. I bet he'll get out early.
Because he's famous.
