tier are just a list of "what character does best against what character". If you want to get good with a BAD character.....go for it. I am. Samus sucks big time. She will most likly be mid or low. Im not sur eif you were big into melee but there was a player named BUM who mained DK. In melee DK sucked hairy wang but BUM went to a torunament and beat Chudat........CHUDAT......CHUDAT IS THE 3RD BEST PLAYER ON EARTH......NOT TO MENTION ICE CLIMBERS IS DKs HARDEST MACTH UP IN MELEE. He also beat Isai, isai is THE BEST C FALCON on earth. So it goes to show that some times a "exception to the rule" is born. You COULD be that person.
