I hope the NX is a 10 year, mega powerful console, that is expensive.

The problem is the PS4 is going to be 299$ by the time nintendo's new consol releases.

If its over 300$ at launch, and not much stronger than the PS4..... yeah thats just not going to work out well.

Nintedo has 2 choices:
Cheaper than 300$ consol.... performance > better than Wii U. (could be weaker than ps4 still)
More than 300$ consol.... performance NEEDs to be better than PS4 by a good margin.


I think nintendo would be best of trying to make a really cheap consol next.
Its sad its like this, but its because they launch late into the gen.... theyre force to compete against consols that have been on market for abit and have had price cuts (and already have bigger gameing libaries).

Nintendo either needs to man up and put on the big boy pants, and make a real consol that ll beat the sh*t out of ps4 & xbox, or it needs to realise its the "bargin" consol (aimed at familys and kids) and just accept that for what it is (theres actually no shame in this), and drop all the expensive gimmicky stuff it does (gamepad ruined the Wii U).
