They do mention that the texture filtering on the ps4 isn't quite as good as the X1's version tho and the motion blur is different and effected by that filtering again on the ps4 compared to the X1 and PC, a game with so many graphical tricks going on tho is going to shine more in some areas on different hardware.
That said, the difference in power between the X1 and PS4 means a 6fps and 1080 v 900 diff in resolutions should pretty much not be news now that is pretty much inline with the differences in power of the systems so "bad port" can't really be called out for the difference. Forza 5 finally has a rival and the PS4 hopefully has a functional driving game when these land.
