You know that with the exception of SF4 every other version of street figher 4 can be added onto Super Street fighter 4 as a dlc expansion Super Street fighter 4:Arcade Edition, SSF4:AE 2012 (free), Ultra Street fighter 4, Ultra Street fighter 4 - Omega mode (free). They all can be gotten from xbl or psn as additions to the SSF4 disk/download version.

It kinda sounds like you already aren't bothered about the previous versions of street fighter which have the feature you are asking them to add...

I think in this case with this, is that there shouldn't be phsyical releases of these DLC, til a final version is done. You release a vanlla version. Then the final complete game of the year version. With no other versions released in between. Also, Capcom has screwed people over. And the hate stays. I can't upgrade my MVC3 collectors edition with the Ultimate version, as DLC for example. I wasted $80. So I can't buy any fighter from Capcom, till like 4 years later. Because of this past track record.

I don't really understand this logic I'm afraid, you would have a really hard time with games like World of Warcraft too, every 2-3 years they release another expansion pack to the same game and not just a final version with all the content. You don't waste $80 by buying a version of a game which is out for 2-3 years before an expansion comes to increase the roster, unlike something such as say Street fighter X tekken where the characters were complete and locked on the disk at launch of the half a game for 60dollars, then you have a bit of a point, but at the time of SF4 launched capcom were no where near having the characters ready for Super Street fighter 4.
