I doubt it. They'll have to most likely win 3 series on the road just in the West alone.

There the hottest team in the West going into the playoffs they are still one of the deepest teams relatively healthy and they still have the best coach.   The Rockets repeated as a 6th seed with a far inferior team in 1995.

They just lost to the Pelicans and the Warriors and Clippers are just as hot as the Spurs. Also, the West is much stronger now than when the Rockets won in 1995. Could they win 3 straight series on the road? Obviously they can, they're the Spurs. I don't believe they will though because the West is too good and a first round matchup against the Clippers is going to be tough.

Well it would have been a whole lot easier if they would have won today and clinched the number 2 seed but still like their chances of winning it all.  If its anybody besides the Spurs making it to the finals out the West then I like the Cavs chances of winning it all.
