I'll need to watch more episodes to form a good opinion, only just saw Fisk teased at the end of Episode 3. I liked Michael Clark Duncan as Kingpin in the movie though, he was always one of my favorite actors. He had the size to pull it off, this new guy seems to be a good bit smaller, at least based on that teaser appearance at the end of episode 3.

I think it depends on what you value in casting. I think D'Onofrio portrayal is someone powerful, but still has not achieved their full ambition.  He keeps you guessing a bit with a scene of meek vulnerability juxtiposed with one of extreme brutality. His motivation is actually interesting as well and makes him a better foil to Daredevil for me.

I will try to be vague as know Netflix shows have that issue where some watch faster or slower than most.  I am on epsiode 8 for reference. Likely finish it sometime this weekend.
