I thought the discussion was multiplat vs. (PS) exclusive, not Nintendo exclusive vs. PS exclusive. 

I read it as no game ever benefits from being exclusive. I mentioned the ability for a team to work with one platform to allow for more a focused effort. That and gave an example of a series that has benefitted financially from PS exclusivity.
