I see Hololens having the long future because it in the long run i feel it will have more use in the real world than something like Oculus and Sony's VR

3d was a sales gimmick still is, none in the industry cared really.  Vr is the future, a natural progression of a way to show entertiment.  Many devs are using oculus and morpheous dev kits theye are pelnty games for it.  Where is the Ar support ? nowhere really.  

Seem like Ar just may be the next 3d ? looks much more a gimmick like 3d then Vr.  

meh I see VR as much of a gimmick as 3D was,but to each their own
