What would have sold most? 3D World, Galaxy 3, or a Mario 64 successor?

Mario Kart 8 and Smash have done better, because there were more desirable to the mainstream "core" gamer.

But not significantly better, both in terms of their own sales n attach rate and their effect on Wii U sales, so they're all in the same league, thus you can't say one is or isn't appealing without saying they all are.

Also Mario Kart has always been above 3D Mario post N64 so nothing new there.
