What war? With the way the PS4 is winning I'd call this a massacre *rimshot*
Seriously though, human beings have been bred for millennia by their superiors to be loyal slaves and it shows in our way of thinking. Everything from our political affiliations to our brand preferences are often extremely rigid and zealous because it is how we have been conditioned to behave.
I mean, it's because people can not afford both and they have to delude themselves into believing that the console they do not / can not own is not worthwhile. This way they can avoid confronting the fact that they are not successful enough to purchase both.
